Meditation to Reduce Anxiety

By sitting in meditation, we can calm the body and the mind. When we are in a state of physical and mental calmness, we have more control over our reactions towards life’s stressors. Meditation helps us replace anxiety with joy and peace. There will even be a short meditation sitting.

This is offered as a Zoom class only. If you're not able to do a Zoom class from home you may register for the class and come into the Family Center and we'll set up a laptop for you. Just let us know when you register.


Instructor Bio:

Arvind Naik, MBA, and Business Professional. He has been studying a practical form of meditation under a world-renowned spiritual master. He has been conducting talks, classes and workshops on the topic of meditation and benefits
