Come explore this ancient exercise system that strengthens the body while calming and focusing the mind. This class is taught through Zoom. At home you’ll need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and space to exercise.

Instructor Bio: Michael Ledman is a Yoga and T’ai Chi Ch’uan instructor in Minneapolis and the northern suburbs. He has been studying and teaching Yoga for 17 years and T’ai Chi Ch’uan for 20 years. He was originally trained in Kripalu style Yoga and has studied Iyengar, ashtanga, and Dao as well.   He also teaches a variety of Tai Chi Chuan forms including Yang, Sun, Wu and Hao. Because of his experience, Michael has been featured in several publications on health and wellness. He currently teaches classes in Columbia Heights, Fridley, St. Anthony, Anoka and Spring Lake Park through community programs. Michael also teaches at various corporate offices as part of their wellness programs throughout the Twin Cities.  With an emphasis on body awareness, relaxation, and breathing, Michael instructs students with a variety of fitness levels and physical conditions to bring balance back into their life with these ancient arts.
