Did you know that there are over 40,000 resources for older adults and their family members in Minnesota? And they are available to you today with a touch of a few keystrokes. Learn how to navigate the MinnesotaHelp data base to find helping resources in Minnesota. Users can create directories, save searches and plans, and compare services side-by-side. We will introduce you to the Long term Care Choices Navigator, a tool to help seniors and their caregivers find aging services to enable seniors to live and age well in the community.
This presentation is put on by Minnesota Senior LinkAge Line with Trellis and will take place on Tuesday, November 19 from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. in the CHPS Family Center in room #111.
