Description:
We will be discussing lifestyle options for senior living. Should I stay and age in place - making home modifications to reduce safety risks OR should I go – moving to a home option that may be handicapped accessible, single level living? We will take an assessment and give you the tools to make educated decisions.
Class takes place 2:00-3:30 p.m. at the CHPS Family Center in Room #100 (Community Room).
Vaughn (Instructor for this Course) is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS™), Certified Housing Wealth Advisor, and Reverse Mortgage Specialist. Since 1989 he has worked primarily with Independent Community Banks, Financial Planners, and Professional Associations. Vaughn has trained and given seminars to hundreds of professionals about the real estate marketplace. From First Time Homebuyers to Reverse Mortgage candidates and everyone in between, Vaughn enjoys the education and planning process with his clients. Vaughn has also appeared a number of times as a mortgage industry guest on WCCO Radio.
