Come and join us for a fun and engaging class designed for parents and children to bond, move, and play together! Through cyclic yoga, mindful movement, breath work, and storytelling, we explore how to: connect with our bodies and breath, learn simple stress management techniques through play, cultivate mindfulness in a fun and interactive way, and enjoy creative games, stories, and movement with Yogilli (the playful yoga doll)!
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one! We will have some on hand.
This class will take place out by Blooming Heights Garden behind the CHPS Family Center.
