We’ll start with delightful autumn salad tossed with crispy granny apples, candied walnuts, feta cheese and dried cranberries in a raspberry vinaigrette. Featuring “Chateaubriand” beef tenderloin seared, roasted and served with amazing sauces including bordelaise, béarnaise and pepper sauce. Accompaniments will include creamy potatoes au gratin, tomatoes provencal and fresh steamed asparagus tossed with olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon. We’ll finish with crème caramel, an exquisite homemade custard served in a pool of caramel.
