Description:
Join CHHS FACS Teacher, Autumn Trzaskowski, in a cooking class where you’ll unlearn everything you thought you knew about Fettuccine Alfredo and re-learn how to make it from scratch. You’ll begin the class by whipping up pasta dough from scratch with flour, eggs, and olive oil. Master the technique to knead the dough and creating your own Fettuccini noodles. As the pasta sets, we will combine butter, cream, and Parmesan cheese into a creamy Alfredo sauce seasoned with herbs from Blooming Heights Garden!
This class will be on Wednesday, June 25 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
